From the moment we contacted Chrissie and Simon at Simply Spas Alps we were sure we were in safe hands. Chrissie is the perfect Co-owner and Sales Consultant. Every conversation it was clear that she understood totally the chalet and hospitality business, and that she had no intention of trying to sell us anything other than what we and our guests actually needed. Passionate about spas and service, she provides the perfect level of enthusiasm, never overwhelming, reassuringly straight, never over-promising (Covid having affected delivery timescales), she is made for this business and role.

And then the installation! This is Simon’s domain, and what a service and knowledge he brings. It is 2nd to none. Simon and Chrissie both talked about really caring for their clients, and that is an understatement! From the time of arrival, through to installation, Simon was simply amazing. Assured and attentive are just two of the words we would use. Visiting the site in advance, on the day, the installation couldn’t have gone anymore smoothly.

Next to the piste, the garden is on three levels. The road is on the lowest, the terrace on the highest. A difference of circa 10m, but with Simon’s experience, this was not an issue. Simon at Simply Spas just made a challenging installation look simple.

On arrival, the hot tub was superbly protected, he then coordinated the crane, removal, and positioning, the electrical installation, before filling, checking it functioned properly, and advising how it worked, from the display through to chemical and filter changes.

Competitively priced, even if somehow you find a similar model at a lower price, our recommendation is to pay that little bit extra if you need to, it will be worth it.

There are a some very happy people all with smiling faces down here in St Genard thanks to your and Simons help, and Johnny’s expert installation of our new spa. He’s a really nice guy and a credit to your company : no wonder you’re so busy! I am incredibly happy with the service I have received. At every step Simply Spas has delivered on what they promised. The spa was fitted on time and to budget. The team has been incredibly responsive and reacted immediately to queries. My wife has said that possibly excluding our two children, the hot tub is the best thing I have done during our years of marriage.

We installed our spa in June 2015. To say that we are delighted with every aspect of our purchase is an understatement – it really is some of the best money I have ever spent.
